Metal wind spinner wind chime. Comes with two metal pieces painted assorted colors on one side. Other side is clear coated rust metal. Entire piece is clear coated and can go indoors or outdoors. Has a clip at the top for easy hanging. Each piece of metal spins on it’s own with the power of wind. Made in the USA, (Fate, Texas) with recycled metals.
